The only downside to this cup is that it can be a little bit difficult to break the seal and get it out.

Lunette Model 1 and Lunette Model 2

Lunette is one of the oldest menstrual cup brands. 

They've been around since the early 2000s and are still rocking, and more so than ever.

The Lunette cup is an average-sized cup perfect for anyone looking for an average capacity or average firm cup.

Model 2 is slightly firmer.

So if you have a sensitive bladder for example then consider Model 1.

If you're very active or do sports then consider Model 2.

The Lunette cup has grip rings, a flat stem, and air holes for creating and breaking the seal during insertion and removal.

Saalt Small, Saalt Regular, Saalt Soft Small, and Saalt Soft Regular

Saalt is another one of my favorites.

They offer four models.

The Soft model is softer than the Regular model.

And both come in a size Small or Regular.

The Regular model is slightly larger than the size Small.

The Soft models are softer than the Regular ones and you should pick one of these if you know you're sensitive down there.

DivaCup Model 0, DivaCup Model 1, and DivaCup Model 2

The DivaCup is also one of the brands that have been around the longest.

Compared to other cups the DivaCup is taller but is perfect if you have a high cervix.

All three models are of average firmness so if you're not too sensitive and not too sporty (very strong pelvic floor muscles) then you should consider this cup.
