    Took some getting used to
This has been my first menstrual cup, before that I only used pads. The "punch down" fold worked for me. I had small leaks for the first 3-4months until I finally felt more comfortable inserting and adjusting it. Removal is always uncomfortable. The suction is no joke and I just yank it out and it feels weird. Aside from the insertion and removal, I don't feel it when I exercise, sleep or during simple day activities. I do recommend it.
    Pros
    • I don't feel it
    • easy to clean
    • waste free
    Cons
    • insertion is tricky
    • removal is uncomfortable
    • takes time to get used to it

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Makes my periods way better.
I’ve been using the cup for 4-5 years now. It’s convenient, saves me money and helps the environment by minimizing waste. I will use the cup for the rest of my life for sure. It makes my periods more manageable.
    Pros
    • Stem is long enough for me to pull out.
    • It holds a good amount of blood.
    Cons
    • May hurt to insert sometimes.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Great all-around starter cup
This is was my first cup ever and I think it is a wonderful starter cup for someone getting into the world of menstrual cups. Not only is it very accessible, the firmness is also right in the middle. The only thing is it is a little on the longer side than the average cup, but only slightly. The cup does its job, is easy to use and you can try the basic folds with it.

It does have a firmer rim compared to the body, so if you have a sensitive bladder, it can push against it. If you have a super high cervix, I also find the stem a little hard to grip onto at times and the bottom of the cup doesn't have as much "grippy" things as I would like.

Whenever I search for a new cup now, I do compare it against the divacup as a point of reference, which has been super helpful!
    Pros
    • Great starter cup
    • Easy to open inside for suction
    Cons
    • A longer cup which doesn't work for anyone with a low cervix
    • Quite firm so can only do so many folds / can push on bladder

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Good but a little too firm
I used the Diva cup and overall it was a good experience. I think the firmness helps when you’re a beginner but at the same time there’s a slight feeling of the cup when I change my body position. It’s not irritating it’s a faint feeling. Didn’t leak at all and I might even recommend it as a starter cup
    Pros
    • No leak
    Cons
    • Too firm

    Don’t mess with success
I didn’t know about the vertical style of cups until Diva came in the mail as a free promo. Perfect fit, easy to pinch the stem for removal without messes like the flat ring shaped cups. Obviously you can’t have intercourse with a vertical style cup in, but unlike those, a vertical cup doesn’t shift or risk flipping and spilling on removal. My heaviest day I only have to make sure I empty it after 8-10 hours. I have no tilting or low cervix so I prefer a longer cup than Other brands that are wider, more shallow or more firm cup. Wow way to safe money and simplify periods! I find them easy to clean and to remove stains. Discoloration over time does not affect functionality or safety.
    Pros
    • Fit
    • Volume
    • Firmness

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Pops open great, way too much suction
I have a high cervix and very narrow vagina, so keep these things in mind.

I had the hardest time trying to find a cup that I could get in, have pop open, and then be long enough for me to able to reach to retrieve to get it out.

This cup was relatively easy to get in, and popped open so easily. It's very thick and firm, so it wants to be open. I use the "S" fold. It's kind of hard to get it to stay in that shape because it's so firm, but I'd prefer too rigid to too soft. I just pinch it hard near the rim of the cup until the rim is in, and then let go as it slides in and pops open. This cup is also long enough that I can reach it to pull it out.

My only problem (and it's kind of a big one) is the suction. It's painfully strong. It slides up and latches onto my cervix and feels like extreme and painful cramping, and is fairly difficult to release the suction to remove.

I'm going to try to heat a needle and try to melt/expand the holes around the rim to see if that decreases the suction, because this is otherwise a perfect cup for me. Will try to report back with results.
    Pros
    • Long enough for high cervix
    • Pops open easily
    • Doesn't leak
    • Cannot feel the cup itself
    Cons
    • Way too much suction
    • Difficult to remove due to intense suction

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Decent cup!
This is my first menstrual cup, so admittedly I don't have much to compare it to. I find it easy enough to insert and remove. Took some practice, but now it's no big deal.

On my heavy days, I do find I get some leakage, but that might be because I'm careless about inserting it (and I have a tilted cervix).

I've had my cup for a couple of years now, and I'm finding that it's starting retain a funky odour. That might mean it's time to replace, but I have tried boiling and letting it sit in the sun. No luck.
    Pros
    • Easy to find in stores
    • Easy to remove
    Cons
    • Retains odour

    Yes, I recommend this product.
